An online petition has been launched in protest at the proposal to remove client choice of solicitor in the MoJ consultation paper 'Transforming legal aid: delivering a more credible and efficient system'.

All CPD courses are accredited by CDLS as an authorised SRA provider, or by the speaker/s as authorised SRA provider/s, and also qualify for CPD for members of CILEx and CLC as confirmed by those organisations, while those appropriate for barristers are authenticated individually for CPD by the BSB as noted on the course flyers

Booking
Acknowledgement of receipt will normally by email; please enclose an SAE if you require a postal receipt. You will be notified if the course is full. Refunds will be given up to ten days before the course starts, less a £10 administrative charge.
